Realty firm M3M India on Thursday said it has sold 20 extravagance flats worth Rs 1.5 billion (Rs 150 crore) under the Trump Towers venture in Gurgaon within the first day of its launch.
The organization is focusing on Rs 25 billion (Rs 2,500 crore) from the sale offer of 250 flats in this project, which was propelled on Wednesday.
Worldwide realty mark ‘Trump Towers’ made its presentation in North India through real estate company M3M India and Tribeca Developers.
M3M India is building up this undertaking ‘Trump Towers Delhi NCR’ at a venture of Rs 12 billion (Rs 1,200 crore), barring land cost. Tribeca has got the exclusive right to market this project, while The Trump Organization has lent the Trump brand.
“We have recorded offers of Rs 1.5 billion on the primary day of propelling the famous Trump Towers in Gurgaon,” M3M India Director Pankaj Bansal said in an announcement.
The organization sold 20 super extravagance homes on Wednesday.
M3M and Tribeca will create 250 ultra-extravagance homes under a brand permit from The Trump Organization, which is as of now led by Donald Trump Jr, son of US President Donald Trump.
The task offers 250 ultra-extravagance habitations with beginning cost extending from Rs 50 million (Rs 5 crore) to Rs 100 million (Rs 10 crore).
